Selling/trading a Marlin Model 1894 in 38 WCF (.38-40). Overall it's in good shape. 24" octagonal barrel. Bluing has been refinished and shows well. Has light surface rust on the barrel, mag tube and receiver. This should clean up a bit better with some steel wool and oil. Butt plate has a fair amount of rust on it. Wood stocks have been refinished which cover up the original checkering, stocks are still good and solid. Bore shows some light pitting/wear throughout but is still in shootable shape. Has its original iron sights on it. Screws holding the nose cap aren't original. Would pretty up a bit with some TLC. Looking for $995 shipped. Insurance by request on buyer. Open to all trades.
