Update - Smokin' Deal for: Two 1903 Mark I Springfields

Hello. Have two uncommon 1903 Mark I rifles I'm looking to part with:

1. Springfield 1903 Mark I - has WW2 re-barrel (as 99% of all Mark I's have). Full military configuration. Bore in good condition for age. Looks to have WW2 era restock with spliced wood piece near rear sight base assembly.
   1. Asking $2850
2. Springfield 1903 Mark I - has WW2 re-barrel (as 99% of all Mark I's have), with Redfield target rear sight. Remainder in full military configuration. Bore in good condition for age. New stock. I don't think it is a national match rifle, but not 100% sure (given the presence of the rear diopter target sight).

Not going to get into the history of the Mark I program. But, in short, not very many of them made. All have receivers above heat and nickel thresholds. A must have for any 1903 or WWI/WWII military surplus collectors.

*Price dropped to $4500 for the pair (have my eye on something - if it sells, price goes back up to $5000). Local sale only - not shipping. PAL will be verified.

*Trade wise for the pair (as this is what I'd be spending the money on anyways), specific items I'm looking for:

1. Higher end glass - ATACR or S+B PMII

*If interested in only one rifle, would entertain trades on:

1. NF ‘NX’ series optics (NXS, NX6, NX8)
2. Legacy AICS 1.5, 2.0 or AT chassis systems for R700 SA (RH) footprints
   
   Though, try your trade(s), worst I can say is "no".

Only dealing with established GP members with high ratings.
