Here’s something you don’t see often, one for the real browning collectors.
Over one year in the early 80’s Browning made a run of 600 deluxe high grade A Bolt rifles in .270 Win with hand engraving and gold plated bighorn sheep.
These rifles are exquisite. Most of these will have gone to the US and of the few in Canada, this has to be one of the examples in the best condition.
Blueing, engraving and gold is mint as far as I can see. One or two minor marks in the varnish from the rifle being stored but the rifle is in 98-99% condition and looks unfired from the factory. The wood grain is beautiful and the hand chequering complements it perfectly.
Beautiful rifle for the right Browning collector, I’m sure this will go to someone who really appreciates it.
