For sale is a well-preserved vintage Lakefield Mossberg 500 chambered in 410 gauge
The beauty of this piece comes in its light-weight and build quality, which is better than the modern production in furniture and the action smoothness since it is made in the US.The only possible downside being that it is a fixed Full choke, meaning sports like skeet shooting is going to be challenging with this one.
Initially bought this as a trap shooting tool for my girlfriend since she really appreciated the weight and minimal recoil, but then the 410 revolver carbines caught her attention...Therefore I'd say it is perfect as a starter gun for Trap, Sporting Clays and 5-stand shooting sport or hunting for women and children.
