A hard to find, almost impossible in Canada, left hand Caesar Guerini Maxum Impact 12g with 30" barrels. Beautiful wood and even nicer engraving. Comes with 5 Caesar Guerini extended chokes, tool to adjust the comb, the rib and to remove the stock, owners manual and original Caesar Guerini hard case. It has a Caesar Guerini recoil pad installed on it and with the trigger in its current position, the LOP is 15".

I bought it used so I can't verify the round count. The previous owner told me he had it serviced recently at an authorized Caesar Guerini warranty service center.
