Marlin 1895 2003 edition JM .410 !! Box and papers

Marlin .410 lever 2 1/2 “ cyl bore 22” . In box w papers etc . I cannot find obvious evidence of it being fired but being sold as fired . The box is so-so but all there with label intact . I can only find 2 tiny little marks on the wood . The metal is 99% . These were made for a limited time under the JM stampings . Front sight is green hi viz as they came . Haven’t seen one for sale for ages and I have not found another available currently in Canada .
