Odd 12ga pump for sale 300$ firm

Hello all, I’ve had this shotgun about a year, bought from another member on here, I thought I could identify it, but I cannot, it says Legend on the side and has a large digit serial number which in my mind wold mean a great deal of them were produced, that being said I cannot find another one in existence, chambered for 23/4 or 3 has threaded chokes and a barrel extension, receiver is a bright blue, very pretty, but confusing, I’m firm at 300$ it will make a good hunting gun for someone at an affordable price, local preferred, thanks Eric
