I bought a smaller jacket and had it delivered in Europe . I Paid 575$ then brought it over to Canada. You won't find these in Canada anymore! 

Hard to find after they stopped exporting these out of Russia. These are special forces jackets. Handmade. Measurements:

● Three-layer PTFE SURPAT® SANDED PATRIOT membrane fabric made in the USA under license from the Survival Corps, tested to MIL-DTS-31011B ● Waterproof ● Vapor-permeable ● Taped at the seams with a special waterproof tape ● Front waterproof YKK® zipper ● 2 front pockets with a waterproof YKK® zipper ● 2 upper sleeve pockets with a waterproof YKK® zipper ● Waterproof hood with volume adjustments, stowed in the collar with a waterproof YKK® zipper ● Waterproof YKK® zipper for ventilation under the sleeves ● Shoulder pockets with VELCRO® for attaching identification badges Characteristics Materials used: ● PTFE membrane SURPAT® SANDED PATRIOT ● YKK® zipper ● VELCRO® fastener ● COATS® threads ● STOCKO® buttons ● NEXUS®/2M® plastic buckles Condensation may form on any membrane material at a certain air humidity and temperature (dew point) - this is not a defect of the membrane and a consequence of the fact that it has become wet. The effect of this physical phenomenon can be reduced by treating the material on the outside with a water-repellent impregnation for membrane materials.
