Swiss Military TAZ/TASS 83 'Leibermuster/Alpentarn/Alpenflage' Camouflage Trousers

These trousers are in the TAZ/TASS 83 'Leibermuster/Alpentarn/Alpenflage' camouflage pattern adopted in 1983 by the Swiss military and used until 1993.

They are in excellent unissued condition with all snap fasteners present and the zipper functional. There is a large white manufacturer's tag to the inside near the waist that indicates the manufacturer as Spilag, the construction as 50% polyester/50% cotton, as well as the washing instructions. There is also a small white manufacturer's tag to the inside of the front of the waist that indicates the size. The waist measures approximately 43.5 inches and the inseam approximately 29 inches. The trousers feature a zippered fly with a single snap fastener at the top, an elasticized waist at the back, 7 belt loops, 2 side cargo pockets with 2-snap fastener flaps, 2 slash hip pockets, a right seat pocket, and reinforced knees.
