Rob Allen spear gun

Unused rob allen tuna rail 1200 spear gun with reel . Comes with 7mm spear and two 16mm/5/8 bands and a reel. Line on reel in pics not included . I took it to Cuba  but never used it. I used my smaller one. It's  getting harder for me to do now . I have some extra rubber kicking around also.Ones you find online are priced in USD so I think price is fair. Willing to trade for four pounds of varget
