Even though I did not end up being the successful buyer as was 2nd in line the chap was fast in his response to let me know about the situation and if the deal fell through I would be next in line for it and he even went better than my offer. He kept me in the loop at all times which he did not have to do. This business attitude says lots about him and in future would have no problem coming back to him to try again and buy something else.
