Started asking questions in the comment section at around 7:30 in the evening. He had all my questions answered, including shipping costs within a couple of hours. Sent the EMT and the unit was packed and ready for shipping with the label/tracking number ready that evening and dropped off at the post office the next afternoon. A+++ would do business with again for sure.
