I just purchased a Lockhart Tactical Raven. The seller was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very generous and gave me an extra mag and a bottle of wine. The Rifle came with a red dot attachment and extra batteries. I got the rifle in the original box and and I am very happy. Aaron is a very trustworthy guy and knows his stuff about firearms. I am out of superlatives to describe what an incredibly polite, well adjusted, empathetic, friendly and professional person Aaron is. In my whole 20+ year online experience buying and selling (on Kijiji, eBay, FBM, Craigslist, GunPost, TownPost, CGN, etc.), I have met many, many good sellers. From those hundreds, I have a "Hall of Fame" of my favourite sellers. And from that short list comes a very exclusive top 3-5 sellers of all time, across different platforms. That list does not change regularly but changed today, with Aaron being added to my top 3-5 sellers of all time (incidentally another fellow from earlier today made that list too). Aaron is a stand-out seller in so many ways, but here are the primary highlights.
1. He is the consummate professional. Super responsive, incredibly well grounded and polite in his communication. Punctuality is on the top of my values list for sellers and Aaron was early for our meet. But here's the other thing... 2. Aaron came to where I was. I had to drop off my kids at our church's youth program and Aaron said he could meet me there. Now, this is probably an hour drive for Aaron to meet me at a closer location, but he happily obliged. You don't see that everyday and I can't say I would do that for too many people. It speaks to Aaron's character. 3. Little I know Aaron included some bonus items with my purchase, which was already at superb value (and to re-iterate, he came to me at great personal time cost to himself and was happy to do it). I really appreciated the bonus items and am thankful for his generosity. 4. All young people can learn from Aaron the art of communication, of listening, of social graces and courtesies through politeness. In our chat, I found him very engaged, focused, affable and very pleasant. I could have talked with him for hours more and certainly I to do so at some point.
Aaron is a fantastic ambassador for the gun owner community, but in his drive to bring more people into the fold as gun owners, he is doing yeoman's work and is really a model citizen, and person to boot.
