Well tried to deal with he, but fell for his lies on that something was wrong with the rifle, took it back and found out that he had not returned the rifle with all the pieces. Corrected what was missing and the rifle worked fine, guess he made a purchase his wife did not approve of. After returning his money, which I over estimated, he refuses to return the extra. So besides being a dishonest, he is now a thief. I have reached out the last couple of days with no replied so left with no choice but to leave this feedback as a warning to other's on here to watch out. Do not ship anything to him as he will come up with BS and will not return everything.
My ad clearly stated that the rifle was used and had some imperfections in the stock and the stock had been modified. But after getting it his wife was not happy with the finish. I shipped the rifle taken down, mistake on my part figuring he would be able to install three bolts without any issue. Bolts were taped into the correct position, just had to put the receiver back into the stock. well some people are not mechanically inclined I guess and should stick with their books. Anyway they say 10% generate 90% of the headaches, so hopefully this will be my lesson here and a warning to others.
After I got the rifle back it took all of 5 minutes to correct his issues, "stock needed to be stripped and refinished, receiver area to be recut, barrel channel floated, mag door release machined." Yes guys 5 minutes,
Dealing with Brian was one the best buyer I have come across, and has person he is to be trusted for Brian honesty is his best policy . And u make friend quickly with Brian. And he knows his stuff so in all he is to be trusted .
My dealings with Brian was great. Great communication and honest. I would have no hesitations dealing with him in the future. I have no hesitations recommending him to others.
This the first time that I have used Gunpost. Brian called and was interested in my firearm..he made an appointment and was here at the appointed time. He liked the gun, but was also on his way to view another one. He called back after viewing the other gun, made another appointment and was here again at the appointed time. He did not bother around and paid the asking price. Brian is an honest person and and I would not hesitate to re commend him to my friends.. we talked shop for awhile, found out that we have similar interests, and plan to continue see each other again.
