Buyer Beware. We had a negotiated price, date, time and a place to meet. He screwed me because someone offered him more money without even giving me an opportunity to match. Not that it matters we had a gentleman's agreement and he bailed. Don't expect your negotiated deal to be a done deal!!!!!
