DON’T DON’T DON’T! I figured the previous reviews would mean a smooth transaction, they didn’t. He straight up LIED about the rifle he sold me. My first question was about the condition of the bore. He said “bore’s good shoots good”. Upon arrival, after slugging the barrel I found there was no rifling to speak of. Four foot group of bullets tumbling sideways at 50yds. He refused to work with me after several suggestions still insisting the rifle shot under an inch at 50 yds for him. I’ve been reloading and target shooting for over 25 years and am an avid firearms collector. Anyone that would sell this rifle saying the bore is “good” is either 100% incompetent or 100% crooked. The rifle is still a cool piece of history but I didn’t pay for that I paid for one that would still shoot halfway decent. My loss.
