Chad is a top notch guy. Fair and completely honest. I have never dealt with anyone as patient and accommodating as him. Sent him a large deposit and when we were finally able to meet face to face over a month later everything was completely as described. Communication can be a little slow as he currently lives in an area with bad cell service, but he always got back to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again
