I had the good fortune of purchasing a firearm from RH. At first I was concerned about doing business by mail. You hear all kind of bad stories about people being taken advantage of on kijiji. When he directed me to his five start rating I was at ease. Turns out RH is an aficionado of lever action rifles. I was given an expert rundown of the gun I was interested in addition to the benefits of lever action over other mechanisms. This gentlemen’s service is nothing short of five stars.
Canada Post however is a different story. If it wasn’t for RH taking the time and care to double box the package, it would have been nicked up bad at least once.
My advice to Gunpost buyers is to buy from RH and pay to at least double box or better yet ship in a proper gun case.
They (human) bought a 303 British Enfield from me for his father. Extremely friendly and made it easy to conduct business. This purchase was special for his father and as such my family and I drove from Alberta British Columbia to hand-deliver it. Displayed utmost honesty and integrity, and would not hesitate to enter into future transaction.
