Excellent guy to deal with, paid quickly and kept up on communications during the delivery fiasco; I know it's surprising to hear about but Canada Post screwed up and misdirected the package to the U.S. ....Canada Post box with a Canada Post printed label, WTF?! I kicked a hornet's nest with multiple calls to Canada Post; thankfully, the parcel was magically located and finally delivered safely after 13 days of what should have been a two or three day trip to cover the actual two hour drive time from Peterborough to the Orangeville area. I'm thankful for Chris being patient.
