Im going to beat a dead horse here, echoing many of the comments from other members. This gentleman is fantastic to deal with. Received my order quickly, he provided guidance with the type of scope to pair with the rail and I felt he went above and beyond to help me out.
I ended up having to use glue for the handguard which wasn't ideal but I really enjoy it otherwise. I also got the side saddles with 5 round stripper clips which work like a dream, very fun at the range and super convenient. May end up getting more stripper clips in the future.

Purchased a custom made hand guard and iron seight/replacement rail. He didn’t have the hand guard in stock at the time, but made sure to send both items out as soon as stock arrived! Looks to be made very good quality.
