once I brought the issue to his attention, he quickly dealt with the issue by sending me a refund to make the rifle right. Jack had no way of knowing what the internal issue was, due to it being a consignment firearm.

Jack I received my Iver Johnson 410 shotgun today,it was very carefully packaged but it did not come as advertised as "very good condition the shotgun was in almost NEW condition. My grandson will surely enjoy this shotgun and appreciate the quality in its manufacture. Todays manufactures should take a page from Mr. Johnson's book. I certainly appreciated the fact that you agreed to hold the shotgun for me until my bank draft arrived to close the deal,not all vendors would be so accommodating .It was a pleasure to deal with this gentleman and i would recommend his service to anyone.
