Went above and beyond, contacting me throughout the process to ensure he had my shipping information correct and even to show me in advance how he was packing everything. Contacted me again to confirm I received the package as well. He packaged it well enough that it didn’t have a scratch on it when it arrived. He clearly does the absolute best job he can do to make sure that the customer gets his money’s worth.
