The item was very soundly and well packaged, and was sent out soon after final payment was made. I received my beautiful Whinny in excellent condition just as described! We both had issues with Canada Post and each left complaints...but that was out of Domingos hands. He was very insistent on getting to the bottom of the issue....really cared that all was sorted and was happy.
