I dealt with Dan for a 120-year-old Marlin lever-action. As he was packaging it up for shipment, he noticed a bulge in the barrel, which he thought might make the firearm unsafe or inaccurate to shoot. He immediately refunded my money (plus 5 bucks for the transfer), with apologies. A classy and responsible move. I hope we'll deal again in future.
