I purchased an 1871 Snider from this member. It was listed as "For Restoration" and was described as (only) having a broken butt stock. I also saw the same ad on TownPost - It said the gun was in "working condition". When the gun arrived I noticed the firing pin assembly was missing and the breech block was so damaged that it will not even close fully. I contacted the seller and asked to either return the gun or compensate. He refused either. I have contacted the moderator here and at TownPost. He is rated good so far here but he isnt being fair with me. I do not know why.
