Communication was good, packaging was excellent and shipping was fast, but, bought 400 bullets and received 397. Was a pain in the butt to count through them to see if I was short, or if there were some lighter ones mixed in. (I first weighed them to see if I had received the correct amount and it was light) I messaged the seller and let him know. He immediately replied with an apology and offered to refund me more than a fair price for 3 bullet tips. The EMT service charge would probably be more than the refund. His apology was enough for me. That’s  the true measure of a man. Would not hesitate to buy from again
