The original portion of the transaction went through smoothly with no issues. A problem arose when Canada Post lost the shipment, and confirmed same to the seller, offering only a $25 refund of shipping costs. I requested a refund of my shipping costs that I paid to the seller ($20), and 50% of the value of the lost delivery ($30 from $60). The seller responded he would refund my shipping fees, which he did. However, he also stated that it was his opinion that I had actually received the parcel and was attempting to dishonestly recover a portion of the price I'd paid, and that he would not refund any portion of the primers that I had purchased. (He had zero proof to make any such allegation other than that he had "seen it happen before".) So not only did the seller accuse me of being dishonest, but he essentially said the liability for the loss of the primers was all my responsibility to absorb. As such, I am leaving only a 3-star review. I personally would not deal with this seller again after been falsely accused of being dishonest.
