Product was shipped and emt sent with no issues. I was the buyer.
But when I received the Benelli M4 stock I tried to fit it to my Benelli M4. It did not fit at all and is not made for my M4. Maybe a clone.
I notified the member and sent pics to his cell. He pretty much brushed me off.
This was his words.
”This was a private sale of a used part, and as stated, what you see is what you get. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or provide refunds on used parts sales.”
He also stated that you will need to modify it to make it fit and stated all parts you buy need to be modified which is not true. This guy is clearly out to lunch
I asked for refund plus $20 shipping to return item which he refused.
His ad clearly states the part is new never used and that it fits a M4. Which it doesn’t. It was also missing a sling plate that is needed to attach the stock to the rod.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I think this was justified.
Buyers beware. If you have any issues with items purchased from this member you are on your own.
