I bought a pair of binoculars from Dale, which had a strap issue that he had fully disclosed before I bought. Upon arrival, there was a broken plastic ring in the inner exterior of the objective lens, which Dale said he hadn't noticed. I hadn't noticed it in his very good photos, either. When I told him about the ring, he offered to refund my payment, plus shipping costs, if I desired. I don't know how you can be more upfront and honest than this. I think you can deal with complete confidence with this very honest gentleman. Thank you Dale.
