Excellent seller. Was willing to work with me on my preferred method of payment. Shipped the item very quickly. Issues with the tracking number not working, went back down to sort it out ASAP. A nightmare of mess-ups ensued (some because of me and some because of Canada Post, NONE because of him). Long story short this thing travelled across the country 5 times and took months before I got it. Every time it came back to him he'd head straight down to the PO and resend it. Hybrid was super cool about the whole situation despite the massive inconvenience as this was collect on delivery by my request so it was still half unpaid-for and just floating out there around Canada for months. Even made it to BC at one point despite the shipping route being from AB to NS.
