We agreed to a price, he had a very tight window to meet that day, or in a week as he was leaving for work. We agreed to meet the next week when he returned.
The night he was traveling home we touched base again to confirm the deal and the next day he reneged on the agreement as he advised that he sold to someone else for more money.
I guess I am just old school as I still believe that when you make an agreement with someone, you honour it.
