After an "I'll take it" and setting a meet time and aera, 10 hours later (next morning) the buyer backed out citing a better deal else where. Email and text responses where quick.

Apparently if you buy somthing from this guy your never allowed to sell it. Also when you meet with him make sure everything is there and you triple count the money he has a tendency to "forget" bringing things to the deal
