WHATEVER HAPPENED IT DID NOT GO THROUGH SO AS WAS NEXT INLINE HE TOOK MY OFFER. INTEGRITY TO ME HAS VALUE OVER SOMEONE JUST WANTING A BUCK. THIS IS THE TYPE OF SELLER I LIKE TO DEAL WITH.
