Had a little hiccup after I purchased my new JR Carbine. I couldn't figure it out and Karl was more then willing to come and meet me an hour from his home to fix the issue which he did! We were 5 hours away from home so it was extremely nice of him to come and help me out. He also gave me some recommendations for a couple things that he had I was super interested in.
Times are tight for a lot of us and Mike was absolutely amazing.
