Purchased a rifle and after doing so, there was an issue with shipping for several days, and the rifle ended up back on Gunpost with different contact information. It was explained away. When the rifle finally arrived it was clear that the stock was not from this rifle. There were repairs and modifications in 4 different areas being the bolt cut out, the bolt release lever, the rear tang and the right side by the ejection port. A resin similar to bedding compound was used to make the repairs and very poorly done. No pictures were shown nor was any mention of the repairs made in the Ad. I sent an email voicing my displeasure and giving 3 options for resolution. After 4 weeks, NO RESPONSE.
I've rated this a 1, only because it won't go any lower. I would never buy from this seller again and all I can stress is BUYER BEWARE!! I will provide pictures for anyone interested. Contact [email protected]
He did not deliver what I paid for. Contracted for an all matching M1891 Argentine Mauser. Got a sportered Argentine Mauser. Contacted him three times via email and twice via Gunpost message in seven days. There hasn't been a response. This is fraud. His communication is very slow except when it comes to getting paid. Shipping is also slow and must be constantly followed up. It is my sincere recommendation that this individual be avoided and you take your money elsewhere.
