I feel this seller has been dishonest; I replied to one of his ads saying I would buy the item, no counter offer, no negotiating, simply buy it for the asking price. I stated I was available to pick it up same day/evening.
He agreed and suggested since he was coming past me he wanted to meet, I agreed to his suggested place and time.

After being overwhelmed with inquiries on this pellet gun, I've come to realisation as to what I have and I think I'm going to just hang onto it. I tried it this morning and it works well."
Seller marks the item "SOLD" and get a review from a buyer - this is the only item marked "SOLD" in his ads.
I feel the seller has done harm to the reputation of gunpost.ca and his own credibility by breaking "Terms of Use" specifically section 7 b) at https://www.gunpost.ca/terms-and-conditions .
I have screen captures of the ads and profile and our chat.
I think the seller should be reminded of terms of use and of credilibility for both the site and himself.
Better yet would be for him to follow through as agreed. I suspect the item is already packed and ready for shipping though.
Since the deal was agreed to then broken I'm tempted to post a negative review, though I'm confident a decieptful and negative review would result for me - through no fault of mine.
I love the gunpost.ca site, this kind of thing has happened to me several times in the past year ie. sellers change price, pickup details, distances, or selling to higher offer after agreeing to a deal. Not saying anything just fosters more of the same.
