Purchased a military surplus parka, after having been provided pictures, a description, and answers to questions.
However, upon acknowledging the package arrived, states the liner was a mismatched size and demanded a refund.
Having explained that the liner was the one that came with the jacket (a vintage 1951 pattern fishtail parka), thy were requested to confirm and send me a picture of the size stamp from the liner, which I would subsequently confirm with the pictures from the original al listing.
If there was in fact an error, I stated I would consider some sort or partial refund as I am not a retailer and do not do returns. This vintage military parka was one-of-one and exceptionally rare in such excellent condition.
Unfortunately, I never received a picture proving the issue, communication ceased, and I received unnecessary negative feedback.
Good communication, fast payment. Our deal was part trade and part cash. The rifle traded was accurately described and fairly valued. Would be happy to deal again.
