I wasted time giving detailed instructions and going back and forth over Email and text, but he would not provide basic information like name, address and RPAL number to complete the sale. I had to ask repeatedly. Meanwhile, tried to change the price on me -- just tells me how much he's going to pay. And (surprise!) he is going to make payments in two instalments over several days. No. I told him no sale. He then sends me a photo of the back of an RPAL (no name, number or address). The whole thing seemed sketchy.
Eventually he follows through with basic information, but the deal's already off. So, he barrages me with text and phone calls leaves a bad review.
