Bought a 270 barrel that was previously machined, but unfinished. Was said to be a good blank. The gunsmith said it was machined previously and was not useable. I asked Frank for a refund and he got nasty with me immediately and couldn’t answer any question I had after I explained there was material machined off the barrel making it unusable. I wanted to return it and he said go ahead you’re not getting any money back. $300 mistake dealing with this person buyer beware.
