Polite enough to deal with but horrible at shipping etc. Had a deal on a firearm was ready to send funds and due to lack on shipping knowledge has now stopped responding to txt but reads every one sent. Very unprofessional please work on your shipping skills and ability to keep dialog going with potential buyers.
