He sold me a defective red dot and won't resolve the issue. I never even met him. He had his butcher workers middle man the deal, handing it to me in bloody black gloves two seconds after holding raw meat. I Asked for a refund. Nope. He basically told ne to go fu¢|{ myself. I asked if he'd cover the shipping to Vortex. No response and read. I wouldn't deal with him again.
I'm leaving this review after contacting the seller and trying to resolve the issues, nothing has been done. Seller claimed 100 rounds through the gun and to be in good condition. (FYI, the gun was filthy and appeared to have 1000+ rounds through it.)
First off, I'm surprised the gun didn't arrive in 2 pieces as it was shipped in a paper thin box, no packing what so ever, and muzzle end facing down with the magazine's loose flying around in the box. Trigger lock with no key in the box either, so I had fun cutting that off. Minor problems considering everything else...
My main complaint, and the reason I'm writing this in the first place was in regards the ejection port cover. This was on a Kriss Vector, so not a part I can replace or is of minimal value. Had a huge crack along the whole side, and what appeared to be busted off completely at one point. This was then super glued back on with globs on the inside and outside of the receiver. It took me less than a minute of opening the parcel to see this, so it's very obvious. Smaller pry marks, tool marks, etc surrounded the gun, but I can get past that even if it was described otherwise.
Gave the seller a call, and he's completely delusional. He says he bought it from a friend, who bought it new from a store. Sure, possible; doesn't change anything. He claimed it left his hands in perfect condition, so something must have happened in shipping. I explained UPS (shipped to a business) doesn't open parcels, find a broken piece, and super glue it back on. Clearly that doesn't happen, so either myself or someone other than UPS had to have super glued that piece back on. He's not saying I did it, but also not saying he did it as it was in perfect condition when it left his hands. Hide your kids, hide your wives because the super glue ghosts are around! Refused to take any sort of responsibility for this, and says he's done discussing. I asked for a small refund regarding these undisclosed issues, or I could send it back eating the shipping on both ends. Nothing from him since. A couple of generic left/ride side photos were in the add, but nothing showing any of the marks/issues.
Not an honest seller. I encourage face to face transactions to verify the condition and avoid lies and deception. Willing to adjust this review if he makes it right.
