BUYERS BEWARE!! I bought a 760 gamemaster from Fred, everything looked good until i went to fire it. Sombody had filed or grinded down the sides of the magazine holding the rounds in. So it double feeds when i rack out the 3rd shot.
Fred seemed like he wanted to get to the bottom of it so he messaged the guy he got it from. Who claimed not to know anything about it.
Fred says to me how this guy is a a highly trusted town councilor and that he is very trustable. Fred sends me a bunch screen shots of the texts where he is talking to this counciler guy. Fred then Accusses me of messing with the magazine.
I also bought a 303 british off of Fred, If anything is wrong with anything its half the buyers falt somehow, he sold me a sporterized parker hale. But it was actually a globco sporterization. Also the rifle was missing part of the rear sight. Again my fault he says for not looking at the pictures. He sent me $30 which I was ok with for the 303.
The magazine i need for the 760 is $170 here on gunpost. And Fred just chose to blame me for modifying it which i didn't. He did make it sound like he has another one of these mags so im guessing he didn't test this one out. He also wanted to know my age, im pretty sure he thinks because I'm a "younger fellow" that I must be dishonest. He would rather trust a politician.
Really good guy was trying to get a gun but he had a buyer before I could get it that buyer backed out and he was good enough to contact me to see if I still wanted it before he relished it nice to see that in a member instead of the guys don’t get back to you about anything
