Had a transaction with this member and the parcel never showed up after quite some time and I reimbursed them the money as I thought regular letter mail would do, (didnt see the value in item to pay expedite or the like) . Then over a month later the “mail” showed up any they contacted me and re sent the money. 
You can’t beat honesty.
