Talked to the seller. I was super quick with responses and told him i am serious buyer and do not want to waste his time. Told him that i am ready to EMT and he agreed to sell it to me. I sent my pictures of PAL and everything was good. I asked to do lil video call to confirm his PAL and rifle. Seller said he will contact me after dinner. Waited for him for 24 hours and even texted to ask. No response so far. I really hope my PAL will not be misused. Anyone willing to buy, make sure to video call just to be on safe side.
