Item not as described. Purchased Browning rifle from Don for $1,100 that was listed as very good condition. Pictures in the ad weren't clear and in good lighting, requested additional pictures which also weren't the greatest. Saw what could have been sanding scratches in the stock from being refinished, took a screenshot and circled it and sent it back specifically asking if these were sanding scratches. Don assured me no scratches and he doesn't sell "awkward stuff". Before I transferred the money I once again asked if there were any scratches or dings worth mentioning that will be a surprise when the gun arrives. He just responded with how he wants payment. Redirected him to the question and he responded that he already told me it is very good condition and doesn't sell "defects equipment". Gun arrived with scratches throughout entire stock from refinishing job, dry spots, and checkering sanded and filled in, among other less important issues. Don's response was that it is "good" condition (down from very good earlier) and that it is not a $2,000 gun. Buyer beware with this one he either he doesn't know what he's looking at or withholds important information to make a sale.

Definitely sleazy. Do not deal with this guy. We made a deal on a pair of antiques, and he decided to sell to someone else for more money. That would be my guess on this transaction that never happened.
untrustworthy and no honor.
Don some advice…..make sure of the price you set on your items and stick to your deal.
