Spoke personally w fellow . Wanted local sale , said I would arrange for pickup and payment , offered a deposit , said “ all good “ will wait for my contact to call him , rifles were mine . I said ok , then my local fellow tells me he has sold them to someone else. Not even 1 hr had elapsed from the gentleman’s agreement to when he advises they are gone . Buyers govern yourselves accordingly . ??
