Purchased some Steel Mags from this Gent.

Kinda had a feeling he was giving me the "Bad" mags that he had left over since I asked him why he was selling he answered "I have too many"

and of course I was right.. 3 of the 5 mags do not cycle in any firearm that I try them in.

Very Disappointed.
