This person messaged me and told me he had 800 bullets to sell me. I paid the agreed price and waited for the bullets. When I have received them, I found there were 600 bullets, 200 short of the 800 that I paid for. I asked him to return the money for the missing 200 bullets ($70), he first said he would pay me back the following week, then he said it's going to take him 2-3 weeks. Now, he has disappeared on me. For $70, it's pathetic.
