Pyrodex-Blackpowder

Giving this another go, I have two pounds of Hodgdon Pyrodex (P) FFFG Muzzleloading Powder, 1 pound each canisters. I don’t have the need for it. I was going to use it, but I changed my mind. So if anyone in the Ottawa/Orleans area pick up/meet up only! cannot ship due to it being powder and valid  PAL will need to be in hand to verify as that is the new regulations. When purchasing powder, so my offer is 100 bucks for the two or best fair offer.
