MDT HOWA 1500 LA ESS 20 MOA High Scope Base

I am looking to sell my ESS 20MOA High Scope base, It is unopened. They no longer make this base in a long action as it is discontinued, it is a must with the ESS Full Rail Forend. Otherwise it will NOT fit flush.

I was going to build out a Howa 1500 LA, but I ended up going custom.
