Wanted: Picatinny/Weaver Mount for a Burris Fastfire 2/3

As the title says, I'm on the hunt for a Picatinny/Weaver Mount that can be used to mount a Burris Fastfire 3 on a pic rail.

Can be a standard flat mount or the guard style but not interested in mounts with a large standoff.
